With over 20 years combined experience and genuine passion for Pilates, exercise and pelvic health physiotherapy, Caitlin and Sophie saw a need for a space that provides functional exercise classes and a comprehensive pelvic and women’s health physio service. I worked with the team at Unity Studios to update their Service Offering flyers which are on display at their studio.
