Investing money and time into building your business and brand can feel a little daunting at times, if you are still feeling confused after reading the below, don’t be afraid to reach out.

  • How exciting. I currently offer two different website packages, you can read more about them here. I suggest having a look to see what each package offers and then decide which is best suited for your business. However, if you are looking for something a little more customised, I can accommodate your needs by creating you your very own package! Simply let me know what you need and I will do my best to provide you with a solution.

  • If you would be interested in working together, please fill out my contact form and I will aim to respond within 24 hours.

  • I typically book 4 weeks in advance. However, if I am juggling multiple projects at once, the start date might be between 2 - 3 weeks later than normal. I am committed to providing my clients with the best service possible so will do my best to make sure I am not keeping you waiting too long.

  • Although I specialise in custom websites, I offer a wide range of additional services. Whether it be business card designs, a new logo, professional photography, email marketing or anything in between, I am here to help. View my range of services here.

  • Time frames differ depending on your requirements. Custom website builds range between 1 - 3 weeks for completion. However, for an eCommerce website, they typically range between 2 to 5 weeks for completion. Please note that these time frames are estimates and are subject to change. If you require your website to be completed in a shorter time frame, a ‘rush fee’ may be charged.

  • Three complimentary website alterations are included in my packages. If you require more than three alterations to be made before the websites goes live there will be a charge of $65.00 an hour for my time.

  • Prior to commencing my projects, I kindly ask my clients for a 25% deposit. This deposit secures your slot in my calendar and means that I can begin working on your project as soon as possible. Once the project is completed, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

  • The 'world wide web' (aka "www") is made up of a network of computers across the world. Every website you view, including this one, is stored on one (or more) of these computers, also known as "web servers".

    If you have a website, or are planning to have a website in the future, you will need to have it hosted on a web server. Doing so allows your site to be available 24 hours a day on the internet, almost anywhere in the world.

  • Depending on your requirements, I will recommend a third-party hosting platform to you (e.g. Squarespace, Shopify, Wix). I will arrange the hosting for you and on-charge the annual hosting fee to you. I will give you an indication of the hosting fee when I make my platform recommendation.

  • Absolutely. If you need to make any changes to your website, I am happy to help. My hourly rate is $65.00 and I will send you a quote before commencing. Alternatively. we can create a secure login for you so that you can access the website at any time and make the changes yourself.

  • I understand that navigating your way around a brand new website can be a little tricky. Therefore, I would be more than happy to provide you with an in-store tutorial on how to understand your new website and to answer any of your burning questions. Please note that my hourly rate is $60. If I am required to travel outside of central Auckland, there will be an additional travel charge added.

  • I use a range of different website platforms depending on the scope of the project, but the three most used ones are Squarespace, Shopify and Wix. If you are looking to build an eCommerce website for your business, I would recommend Shopify.

  • If I am designing a business card or other marketing collaterals for you, I can of course arrange for this to be professionally printed. I work closely with a number of printing companies both in New Zealand and Australia and would be happy to coordinate this for you.
